2. Cult kids won't be returned to facility



Quebec Court order ensures that children found at the Apostles' compound will be raised elsewhere. Details on the arrest of two of the nuns on charges of assault and making threats. 3. Quebec cult leader surrenders



After a nationwide arrest warrant was issued, Jean-Gaston Tremblay turned himself in and was arraigned on charges of sexual assault of minors, in some cases going back 30 years. Article by Monique Beaudin, published in the Gazette. (April 29, 1999)
