St. Anselm Abbey - Manchester, New Hampshire

Now a community of approximately 35 monks, composed of priests and brothers, Saint Anselm Abbey is one of the 22 houses of the American-Cassinese Congregation of Benedictines. The name Saint Anselm honors an 11th- century Doctor of the Church who was a Benedictine Abbot at the monastery of Bec in France and later Archbishop of Canterbury in England.

Founded in 1895, Saint Martin's Abbey is located about 60 miles south of Seattle in Lacey, WA. We are Benedictine monks who are involved in a variety of ministries in the Pacific Northwest; nevertheless, our principal work is on the faculty and staff of Saint Martin's College.
